ETC participant, Megan, is a dedicated single mom of three. For years, she has worked as a medical billing specialist without having the resources to earn her accreditation. With support from ETC, Megan became a certified biller and opened doors to a brighter future.
Through mentorship and participant-led goal-setting, ETC empowers parents and caregivers to pursue their dreams. Whether they need long-term support or just a boost to make it through hard times, ETC helps people build a brighter future. For ETC participant LaShae, someone walking beside her during a hard time made all the difference.
The East Tennessee Collaborative (ETC) program meets people where they are and helps them achieve their goals. For ETC participant, Nataya, it was one small steps that changed her life.
