Support is available Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Dial 2-1-1 to speak to our support staff over the phone. If you don’t have an 865 area code, dial (865) 215-4211.
2-1-1 is a great way to access human service agencies for the support you need. When you dial 2-1-1, you connect with someone who cares and is ready to help.
Anyone can call 2-1-1 for support, including parents, individuals, older people, those with disabilities, and people who do not speak English.
Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Carter, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Greene, Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins, Jefferson, Johnson, Knox, Loudon, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier, Sullivan, Unicoi, Union, and Washington.
Our local 2-1-1 is operated by the City of Knoxville through their 3-1-1 Center for Service Innovation.
