Free Meals, Medical Clinics, and Banking Support

Every Tuesday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. | 120 W Baxter Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37917 (Map) | Provides 3-day emergency food packages to individuals and families in the Knox County area. Social security card and ID for each household member.
 
Every Sunday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. | 9430 S. Northshore Drive, Knoxville, TN 37922 (Map) | Serves the community starting Nov. 6 until SNAP benefits return. SNAP card and matching ID. Limit 4 meals per family from the “Penne for Your Tots” menu.

Non-Food Related Resources

Free diapers through local pharmacy for anyone on TennCare or Cover Kids

Free KUB Fiber for low income families with a student in grades K-12 within KUB’s fiber service area 

Operated by our partner CONTACT Care Line based here in Knoxville, they provide confidential support for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, emotional distress or thoughts of suicide in English or Spanish chat, text, or call.
